The customer’s order from the website constitutes his acceptance and agreement to the website’s policy regarding ordering, cancellation, replacement, return, or receipt, as stated below:

1- The customer has the right to modify or cancel the order and get a refund after deducting the electronic payment fees and the fees of the buy now pay later companies within a period of twenty-four hours from the time of the order unless the order status is changed to pending. However, after twenty-four hours have passed or the order status is changed to pending, the customer does not have the right to cancel or modify the order.

2- If the product has a defect in size, design or color and this defect is due to the site, the site will replace the product, or return it and return the full price paid to the customer after verifying and proving the aforementioned defect, provided that the customer submits to the site within 24 hours only from the customer receiving the product during the days from Saturday to Wednesday. In the event that the order is received on Thursday or Friday and it becomes clear that there is one of the aforementioned defects, the customer must submit to the site before the end of the work of the shipping company chosen by him by at least two hours on the same day of receipt, and the replacement will be for the same product, color and size previously registered in the order.

3- If the product is intact and in accordance with the size and color requested by the customer, the order cannot be exchanged or returned, as this is not subject to the site’s policy. In addition, this does not comply with health reasons, as the product comes into contact with the skin, based on Article Eleven, Paragraph B of the Executive Regulations of the E-Commerce System.

4- In the event of a pre-order by the customer, the site is committed to providing the customer’s order according to the design, color, and size provided by the customer. If any of these differ from the customer’s order, the customer has the right to submit a request to replace or return the product and receive a full refund of the paid price, provided that he submits it to the site within 24 hours only of receiving the product if the order was received during the days from Saturday to Wednesday. In the event that the order was received on Thursday or Friday and it became clear that there was a previously mentioned difference, the customer must submit it to the site before the end of the work of the shipping company chosen by the customer by at least two hours on the same day of receipt. However, if the site delivers the product to the customer according to the requested design, color, and size, the customer does not have the right to replace or return the product because this is not subject to the site’s policy, in addition to the fact that this does not comply with health reasons based on Article Eleven, Paragraph E of the Executive Regulations of the E-Commerce System.

5- Cases of delayed delivery of the order to the customer:

A- If the order is delivered to the shipping company chosen by the customer before the end of the period indicated in the shipping and delivery policy, which is 14-25 working days, three days, the site shall not bear any obligations towards the customer, and the shipping company alone shall be responsible for the delay in delivering the order, without any responsibility on the site.

B- In the event that the customer is late in receiving the order, resulting in the order being returned to the warehouse, the customer alone bears all shipping costs back and forth and any additional taxes or fees without the least bearing any amounts, taxes or responsibilities from the site and without a specific time in which the site is committed to delivering to the customer. In the event that the customer does not respond or cooperate with the customer service department on the Atair Allure website within ten days starting from the date of not receiving the order from the customer, the site has the right to collect storage fees on the order paid by the customer before sending the order after its return, equivalent to twenty-five percent of the order value on a monthly basis. In all cases, the site has the right to dispose of the order according to its sole will after four months have passed from the date the customer does not receive it.

T- In the event that the site delivers the order to the shipping company after twenty-three business days have passed from the date of the customer’s order, which makes the shipment’s arrival to the customer late after twenty-five business days have passed, the customer has the right not to receive the order and to demand its return and a full refund of the amount paid. In the event that the customer receives the order, this is considered his approval and acceptance of the site’s delay in delivering the order, such that the customer’s receipt of the order is considered a waiver of his right to return and the site’s release from liability for the delay in delivering the order.

6- The site is keen to provide a unique shopping experience, which is achieved by having all the information about the product complement each other, including the product images, its size chart, product description, product details, and care guide, which makes this information in an integrated manner draw a complete and clear picture of the product offered to the customer. The customer must review and read it very carefully, especially since some product colors do not appear in the picture in reality, or some design details do not appear clearly in the picture but are written in the product description and details. The customer must take all of this into consideration. The site indicates that the Atair Allure customer service team is fully prepared to answer any inquiry from the customer, welcoming all his questions, wanting to provide him with the best service.

7- Orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are inclusive of all taxes and fees. As for orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the website does not bear any taxes or fees on customer orders for delivery outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These taxes and fees are due from the customer without any percentage being borne by the website.

8- Excess threads are not considered a defect in the product because they are part of it and can be cut without pulling them out and damaging the product.

9- The official working hours of the shipping companies stated on their official websites shall be taken into account.

10- Working days are official working days in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, excluding holidays and official vacations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

11- The customer’s communication will be based on the mobile number registered in the application. Any communication with the website from another mobile number will not be based on any other communication, even if the application number was provided to the website. Any communication with a mobile number not registered in the application will be considered null and void and will not have any evidentiary value against the website. The customer alone will bear the consequences of not communicating with the website from the same mobile number registered in the application.
